Blooming Field boss invulnerable (Engame Waystones)

If you do too much damage to the Blooming Field boss before he grabs the bell it puts the boss in an immune state and it won't grab the bell and move on to the next arena. Just chases you around the arena endlessly. Forcing me to die lose xp.
