Orloth died before phase two and locked the arena

I've fought Orloth, usually the fight has two phases, after "killing" him once he respawns for P2. This time he dropped his loot after P1 and didn't respawn for P2, and LOCKED the arena (red wall) - I'm stuck here, can't get out, can't TP (portals disabled). See image.
