PS4 Tier 1 crafting bench resistance suffix not accessable

The tier 1 resistance suffixes are not accessable on my crafting bench despite both recipie locations indicating they have been obtained. 1750837469

I'm of the opinion that these recipes should be rewarded upon certain quest completions rather than having them scattered about in such a way.

Is the max resistance you can craft on to amulets different from the amount you can craft on, say, boots? If this be the case then chalk this one up to user error. It seems I can craft 35% of a resistance type onto boots, but not on an amulet.

the tooltip location on crafting bench (in PC as far as i know) are wrong

e.g. the location for power charge was actually for frenzy charge and vice versa

Yes, different items have different craftable amounts.

For example, you can craft up to 70 life on boots, but only 55 on rings. This is true of most of the craftable mods. Different slots have different things they are better at.
