Something is off.

The last few days encountering a Pinnacle, Citadel boss's my damage output disappears. I use Elemental Conflux, HOI, HOT, HOA, Galvanic Shards, APR, etc. When I am in battle, the damage output is not there, Elemental Conflux vanishes, feels like I am at level 1. I am playing the Merc Tactician, lvl 93. I had no issues the first few times I fought them.


Is it a balance issue?
