PlayStation 4 and 5 convertracereward not working

On PlayStation 4 and 5 versions the convertracereward isn’t working when you try to do it it doesn’t bring up the interface to do so instead either it brings up local chat or simply doesn’t work I’d appreciate it if you looked into it and fixed it thank.

I did a few about a month ago. They worked then, for me, on PS5.

Did you have the race reward item on the cursor when you did it? (i.e. pick up the item with triangle)

yeah I did this a few months back and it worked I think one of the recent updates has broken it again
