European Servers issues at the moment

Hi GGG,

European Servers, especially those London and Paris, are encountering network latency issues 15ms to 100ms and overloaded issues.

I am feeling that they are CPU overloaded, my damages are not rendered in realtime, they were a delay, I have got frame skips on mobs actions that had led me to be get oneshoted by mobs. (If it is were music for example, I would say the chors are playing a tempo against the singer's own)

All this clues are indicating me a bad servers state that cause the game to be barely playable at the moment and even more at high level.

Could you please have a look on them ?
