It's also weak.

Bring it to 100d rarity and buff it back to 4 seconds.

Make another unique for no hit run, something niche like Original Sin.

Wouldn't even be broken without boots + ice wall interaction tbh.

Maybe it should actually be buffed to -6 seconds.
