I cant give any skill specific advice on that build, but in general:
Cap your ele resist (75%) Get your chaos resistance up Fix flask. Get a prefix that fills your flask (on crit or when hit) and a useful suffix, then quality and automate your flask (to use when they reach full) “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us.”
