Crash whilen log with my new char

Hi, i have already 3 old chars, i play with them without any problem. When i try to log with my new ranger Ikshanlug lvl28 in Act2: Deshar Poe2 crash sometimes while charging the zone, sometimes immediately after the map is revealed and i get back to my desktop.

What can i do?

Fixed checking integrity files from properties in Steam and changing graphic settings from DX12 to Vulkan
