Notable Passive "Shattering Blow" scale with Increased Armour break?

Does the Notable Passive "Shattering Blow" , "Break 50% of Armour on Heavy Stunning an Enemy" scale with other "Break % Increased Armour" passives?
So if I would have 100% Armour Break from passives would that make Shattering Blow Fully Break Armour on Heavy Stunning an Enemy?

I'm not entirely sure that it works, I saw a video that claims it does but I recently tested it on a Map Boss and it did not fully break armour on a Heavy Stun.

no if you manage to fully break armour before heavy stun but it would only breaks 50% of armour on HS so depending on boss armour you would have to keep hitting to fully break it

if you manage to break 50% armour then you heavy stun the passive will fully break armour.

bit confusing because it doesnt say that 50% is total or current armour, also weird that passives interact to each other.
