Memory Thread Bug

Migrated my private league character back to trade, must've had an active memory thread going because its now bugged. https://imgur.com/a/02Ac0ym shows its on my atlas, but when you go to Eagon.. https://imgur.com/a/60Kd9pd there's no option to start it. This is absolutely bricking the main part of the new end game atlas mechanic and needs to be looked at ASAP.

Have you found any fix to this yet? I've had the same problem for nearly two weeks now.
