Zarokh one shot mechanic needs reworked
What developer actually thought Zarokh's one shot mechanic would be a meaningful addition to the fight?
In a game where movement speed and tech have been largely removed, why add a mechanic that slows your character down even more to the point that your entire run depends on you running a particular skill, having been lucky enough to have a certain boon for movement speed in your run, or getting good RNG for hourglass placements to avoid immediate death? You could at least put some kind of warning up telling players not to even bother interacting with the content until they have met your ridiculous requirements. Stop wasting our time with malicious "surprises" that remove player agency over the outcome of an encounter - an encounter in which you only get a single attempt for a large investment in playtime. " NGL Zarkoth speed puzzle is actually one of the only cool boss mechanics in the game. Way better than "spam the screen full of trash" like 90% of bosses. It's acomplishable with every build as long as you have 30% MS. Especially if you have slow resists on your relics or your charms even 20% can do it with these.
