Atlas maps not loading. PS5

I reached the end of the game today, when I put the map to open the atlas, it gets stuck on the loading screen forcing me to close the game. When I open the new one again and load the character it still gets stuck on the map loading screen, making it impossible to play the endgame.

I play Ps5.


unable to play if you do not fix this issue.

After closing the game and opening it again, poe1 opens on the Karui Shores map loading screen and remains in infinite loading
