SSF Saboteur survival?

This saboteur mine build is great at clearing screens but squishy in maps.
Currently just farming Reliquary and Harbor but want to do maps.
It seems like purple stuff kills me frequently, assuming its chaos damage.
What can I do to improve its defenses with no budget?
