dc'ed right after i finished my first run of the realm gate

I was looting some items and I got disconnected, when the game reloaded i had none of them and my 300 shards that id been looking forward to finally using were gone. The portal had closed and i got exactly nothing. Im pretty annoyed as it has taken me ages and ages to finally get them and i completed it then got nothing for it
