Change chat language

This may be overlooked since chatting on console isn't convenient anyway. But still, I noticed that the settings to change chat language doesn't exist for console. The only chat language available is English.

Just curious how this is excluded from the console version. Technical constraints or something from PS? Really would love to see that option.
