No drops from kabala in cruel

I just finished the boss Kabala in keth (cruel) and she didn't drop a single item. no drops and no book for the 2 talent points.
I tried to reroll the map and disconect and reconect but she is now grey on the map and she don't drop the book.

how can i get my 2 points now ?
