Mercenary names UI z-index is higher than UI with quests and gems (hideout)

Mercenary names have higher z-index than UI for gems and quest. So I can't click on gem upgrade or quest info icon if mercenary name is in area of UI with quests or gems. Their UI layer is above the layer of player UI.

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior? But I found this behavior very confusing.
