PS5 skill gem descriptions not changing

Skill gem description windows are not changing. When I goto inspect the gems on an item it shows the first gem description but it no longer changes descriptions when selecting other gems, it keeps showing the original gem. Also happening to a friend on PS5.

At times I am unable to change tabs on an NPC. The L2 and R2 button are not doing anything.

Both new bugs that weren't happening 2 days ago

Same issue with skill descriptions don't ever change from first socketed gem. Have to unequip all slots just to check em details, name, level, etc. Pretty annoying. Just started yesterday.
