Can’t cast any skills.

I’m level 66 on a witch chaos build, and I can cast a couple skills then nothing at all. I’ve got nothing on my equipment that would hinder me from doing so I have full mama full health, full mana and cant cast a thing. 66 hours of gameplay just to get to endgame to not be able to play it.
