Get the first simulacrum skill book but no points shown in Atlas

Hi,

I get the first Simulacrum Skill Book, use it, and the skill points are not appeared in the Atlas...

So even if I run again a simulacrum I was not able to get another book... And the simulacrum is not really fun, cause I can't increase difficulty.

A way to correct this ?
