I dont know if i'm the only one that it's happening but some people in Global chat are able to send ship, smelt ore, and disenchant ( thing that i can't do too)

same here no option for disenchatning or shipment even with hired workers

Yep. Not working here either.
Additionally, when I try to click in the empty space in the dialogue from Tujen and Rog, there's a part in which the sound confirming appears, as if i'm clicking an option, but it doesn't do anything, hinting that it is somehow disabled (that's my guess). i tried with a std non ssf chararcter and this one can send shipment but still can't disenchant or smelte ore but can't grow crop either.... in std: only mining,mapping and shipment work. In std ssf: mining,mapping and crops work

I have the same issue that only maps and crops and maiming work for me in normal standard

Work around of exhausting dialogue options doesn't work at all. Don't know where this has been stated.
