Stuck loading into Trial of Chaos

Had finished a run through, used a portal to go to Zig to sell something and now I'm stuck on the loading screen. Tried closing and reopening 5 times and still just getting the loading screen turning gears. Going on 15 minutes now.

And it sounds like it loads in, because I heard a sound effect for a whisper (trade) but I have no idea who or for what since I'm still stuck in the loading screen.

Yep, happened to me on xbox several times. Check back in 30 minutes, your toon will be stuck until then
