Atlas not recognizing completed maps

It keeps happening over and over you complete the map. It says completed.
Then back out to the Atlas it's saying map in progress...
You can re-enter see it's completed and zero monsters but the Atlas will not recognize it.
After the 10th time it happened I couldn't tolerate it anymore and have to log off.
