Missing Visual Markers for Citadels

After the .0.2.1 patch, I have lost all citadel markers. I can see the corrupted nexus markers but all citadels are missing from my atlas. I reported this bug in game but haven't heard back about this issue.

AFAIK they reduce the beam range and increase the citadelle spawn rate. So far i haven't found any citadelle or even beam since last patch and i lost the beam i had :D . Pretty skeptical about that "increase" .
