Prism of believe Elemental sundering not applying correclty

When using a +2 level to All Elemental Sundering Prism of believe jewel, in the skill panel it shows +2 when mouse is over the skill gem, however in the damage panel and right above where support gems are inserted, the skill level does not change and the +2 level effect is not being applied.

Have not tried with other + levels of this jewel to see if it's specific to the jewel, or +2 in particular.

If you change zones or put out and put back in your skill gems the tooltip should update.
