Rake ability disabled by bloody heart tethers in trial

The chaos trial mod for bloody hearts will disable rake when you are tethered.

I assume this is because it disables movement skills, but the mod doesn't say that while choosing it, only that breaking the tether will stun you.

Also as rake is not just for mobility but used to deal damage and bleed, having it be disabled feels unnecessarily punishing, at least without updating the mod description to state it disables such skills.
