Citadelle --> Map Failed due to Server disconnect

Hi,

These is two times that I have been disconnected in the Citadelle bosses. Result : I loose the citadelle (Map Failed), and everything inside I do not collect...

How can I avoid this? Is there a way to cancel the Map Failed due to a server error?
