Rake doesn't bleed after using Blood Hunt

If I don't move at all after using blood hunt, and then use rake, rake will not apply bleed despite the skill stating it applies bleed.

If I move first before using rake it will apply bleed, just an annoying bug whenever I forget to move, as the rake will still remove an impale left by blood hunt without it benefitting the bleed as intended.
