Tier UI - accessability issue for vision impaired

Just a simple bit of feedback when holding alt to see what Tiers items are the font is tiny and a similar shade to the background making it really difficult for those with vision impairment to read (I imagine its prettu tricky for regular vision too as its not a great contrast in colour).

If you can increase the font a small amount and oontrast the colour I think it would be alot easier for everyone to quick glance at it
