Insc. Ulti's with added keywords?

I've found several Inscribed Ultimatum's that have new keywords in them in white text, such as "Cowardly", "Deadly" and "Victorious". I did use one but didn't notice anything odd, there might have been some weird purple orbs (?) but no info to be found anywhere.

Does anyone have any idea what these keywords mean and what is their effect?
