[XBOX] CANNOT PLAY GAME

On Series X. My main character "Magikarpwn" has been stuck on a PERMANENT loading screen for over 24 hours now. I have played on other characters (both in league and out of league) and it has not fixed it. I have tried switching servers to as far away as singapore and that has not fixed it either. Hell, the game got patched to 0.2.1 AND THAT DID NOT FIX IT. I tried e-mailing support but they could not fix my issue apparently.

I mistakenly posted this in the PoE 1 section. I have solved the problem with a workaround. I plugged in a second controller, logged in as a "Guest" account and created a new character. So one controller was set as my main character, and the other as creating a new character. After creating a character quickly, my main character was automatically brought to the beginning of the game. I did have to go through the first area on my main character, but at least this works as a temporary fix.
