Monk after last uptade

after the last update my monk has a problem with charged staff and tempest flurry. both of these skills crash every now and then and I can't attack. before the update literally 3 hours everything was ok does anyone have a similar problem

I only use Gathering Storm from the Monk but can confirm on some occasions even before patch the skill will "crash" and until I resocket a support gem it will not come back on.
