New Patch XP Death bug with Omen of Amelioration

Died on a map on the new patch with the Omen of Amelioration active and it didn't properly trigger like it's supposed to and lost 10% xp instead of 2.5% like it's supposed to. The only reason I looked was because I went to get another out of the stash and it was still in my inventory so I looked at my xp and saw it dropped 10%

didnt you use other omen during map? You can only use 1 per map
