Crashing on Trial of Chaos

Every time I get hit by the "spike attack" of one of the bosses (don't know the name, sorry) while using Rhoa mount, the game crashes and I'm not able to login on my character again for some time.

While trying to get back to the game, it freezes on the loading screen.

I'm on Xbox.
