RITUAL SACRIFICE BUG

When using ritual sacrifice on a killed rare, you can no longer use your skills. This clears up after the time it takes the skill to expire. Doesn't happen every time and not sure if a monster modifier is the culprit as some dead rare allow the skill to function normally giving you the modifiers and allowing use of your other skills.
