My character is bugged in the map. I can't teleport back to the hideout or move at all

I was fighting monsters at the ritual altar and died. After respawning at the checkpoint nearby, my character became stuck — I can't move or teleport to my hideout. I already tried logging out and back in, but the issue persists.
