PS5 game constantly pausing

Playing the game on PS5 and the game is constantly pausing. This causes the character to have delays in all actions. I have changed the server to London and disabled the crossplay and still it pauses. I then enabled crossplay and it still pauses. I totally shut down the console and rebooted and the game still pauses.
