Stuck on loading screen

Hello everyone,

Today I completed the Chaos Trial for points 7 and 8. I successfully finished it, but I did not receive the points. I restarted the game, and now I'm stuck on the loading screen for the Chaos Trials. The game doesn't start even after 30 minutes of loading.

I kindly ask for help...
