can't go to clearfell encampment

After killing the boss, UI can't click anything on the map.
Unable to pick up items, click Checkpoint and go to clearfell encampment.
This happened to mercenary, delete character and creating a new character still doesn't work.

I don't know why this issue happens but other players have suggested unequipping your crossbow then reequipping it might work

It's because you have a Reload skill on left click.
