Weapon disappeared

I don't know how it happened.

I bought the weapon and tested for 1 map and log out from the character.

Then back in, noticed my character is single wielding and the weapon I bought just disappeared. I checked everywhere possible but now found anywhere else.


Anyone noticed similar issue?
