Orb Amelioration + Omen of Resurgence

While having both, if Omen is consumed, Orb doesnt trigger. Happend many times.

Looks like when you reach new lvl, Orb works until one use of Omen.
After that, even if you have Orb active after ressurect its still active in your inventory.
