Loading screen stuck.

I have a couple problems. First is that I'm stuck on the Chimeral wetlands loading screen.

i saw a post saying i need to log into the pc client to access the character and log out of the area. But problem #2 is that the website doesn't recognize that i have purchased a supporter pack and i am playing POE 2 already, even though it does show it under my purchases. How do i properly link my accounts so i can fix this problem??

please help.
