No interaction mit NPC, loot, etc since expedition

I can't interact with anything. On other character i can regularly interact with objects .Only a Single character is affected. I'm stuck since i did an Expedition. I'm playing on PS5.

Anyone got experience how to solve it?

Restarting or going to the character menu doesn't help.
