can't log in after out of instances

I switched character for boss and it was single portal map, died on boss and then the other character can no longer log in.

STill can't log in. It says "Abnormal disconnection, Error: Failed to join any instances."
I bet someone tried to fix players having other characters inside maps after deaths and failed miserably. |
