Slow Remains permanent

Not sure how to reproduce the glitch but I've had it multiple times.

Cast speed, Movements Speed, Portal opening, Rolling, Blinking and pretty much any character animation is also effected. (I would also assume attack speed too)

The only way I can remove it is when I portal back to hideout.
