Skills menu really laggy

I have noticed the skills menu be very very laggy several times, but never in towns. Not sure of a specific cause, but it seems like after killing any enemy in a zone the menu will be laggy.
Tried in azak bog after boss had died portalling to town and back the menu wasn't laggy, but as soon as I went and killed a pack of enemies and opened it again it was.
Playing on PS5 Pro
