Zone reloading

Every 15 or 20 minutes the zone I'm currently in will reload? If I'm in my hideout it will freeze for a second and if I had been moving items to the stash it may revert the actions back a second or 2. If I'm running a waystone or act zone it will again freeze and revert a second back and reset the map fog but will keep the checkpoints I had activated. This has never directly killed me but is a medium level of annoyance.
Is it a setting I have too high? Windows 11? Nvidia? I'm running it on a new computer (April 2025 build)
