Character on Rhoa dismounted on every hit with a learned CI

The character takes a heavy stun from the first hit while on Rhoa when CI (Rhoa Chaos Inoculation) is learned. After that, the Heavy Stun bar remains at its maximum value and does not reset, making it impossible to play with the CI+Rhoa build.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Activate the Rhoa gem
2. Learn the Chaos Inoculation
3. Load any map
4. Take damage from enemy
5. Note that character dismounted from the first hit and Heavy Stun bar remains at its maximum value and does not reset.

Heavy Stun bar can be reseted in Hideout.
