Character stuck in loading screen

Hello, i play on PS 5. Today i used the portal to go to the hideout from the Trial of Chaos. Right before the fight with the Trial Master. After i used the portal to get back in the trial, i got stuck in the loading screen. Nothing happens, restarted the game 2 times, both of the times it gets stuck in the loading screen and i cannot do anything. Just force close the game. Tried loging with a character and then again with this one... nothing, still stuck in the loading screen. Cannot use the character at all.
